Account deletion request

You can request deletion of your Goyo account in two ways. Both are handled identically and there is no fee.
Option 1. Delete directly in the app (recommended)
While signed in to the Goyo app, follow this path to delete your account instantly.
- Open the Goyo app → bottom More tab
- Settings → Account
- Tap Delete account and confirm — deletion runs immediately.
Option 2. Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app or prefer manual handling, email us from the address you signed up with.

Subject: [Goyo] Account deletion request
Please include in the body:
- The email you used to sign up for Goyo
- Reason for deletion (optional)
After we confirm your request, we process it within 7 business days and notify you of the result at the same email address.
Data that is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following data.
- User profile (display name, role, email)
- Registered baby information (name, nickname, date of birth, weight)
- All log data (feeding, diapers, sleep, baths, supplements, notes, and more)
- Uploaded photos and videos
- Comments, reactions (likes, etc.), milestones
- Family memberships and invite information
- Notification settings and push tokens
Data that is retained
Only where law requires information to be kept for a set period, we store it separately and then dispose of it. For specific retention periods and reasons, please see the Privacy Policy.
Handling of shared family data
If you share a baby’s data as a family member, deleting your account removes only the records you created; records created by other family members remain. If you are the owner of (created) the baby, access is revoked for all family members linked to that baby.
Reversal
Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. If you’d like to use Goyo again after deletion, please sign up from scratch.
